MAKE MONEY AFFILIATE MARKETING

So you want to become a profitable affiliate and want to know how?

Well when I first started out I did so through affiliate marketing.  Affiliate marketing is a huge business piece on the Internet. I have since used that experience to move into CPA.

Anyway, affiliate marketing is typically run by affiliate networks and these networks are composed of two functional bodies; the group affiliates and the group merchants. So I am a group affiliate and I sell products on behalf of group merchants and get commission for sales.

You get onto these affiliate programs via an affiliate such as Worldniche or Moreniche. The network acts as a third party between the merchant and the associated affiliates and provide the technology to deliver the merchant’s campaigns and offers. The affiliate network also collects commission fees from the merchant and then pays the affiliates. Thats how you earn commission.

Now in order to make money you need to join a profitable affiliate program.  Poor affiliate commissions and tiny percentages on low priced items are not the way to go for you. Instead of wasting your time with such programs (and lets face it there are many), start off the right way by joining a program that can launch your potential as a top rated affiliate marketer. Why should you invest your own money in a business that is unlikely to bring little if any advantage to you the affiliate? Avoid the scams out there – believe me I have been a victim of many in my time. They just take your money and thats that end of the matter.

I have personally made most of my affiliate sales with Worldniche - from their “Clearpores” product. Its an acne solution product.

So now you have decided you want to join an affiliate network but which one do you choose? Well their are certain criterion that I believe should be met first in any affiliate network.

• It should be free to join. As a new starter to affiliate marketing you shouldn’t be expected topay to join the network. Why should you?

• Regular affiliate payouts. There is nothing worse than having to wait too long for payouts or indeed not receiving them at all

• You should also look at how the products are sold. If the managers of the program expect you to buy the products then sell them on their behalf chances are you have been duped and its not a worthy affiliate network.

• The network should offer quality support such as free website templates, content, articles, tutorials, guides, forums and lots of information and advice on the niche market you are going to be operating in. There is nothing worse than joining a program that promises a lot but doesn’t deliver due to poor support. If you get access to keywords and traffic tracking that’s an added bonus.

Make sure you will be able to devote enough time. This in part, goes back to my point about the number of affiliate networks you sign up to. Unfortunately you won’t become a super affiliate overnight. You will have a lot to learn to be able to become a good affiliate that can market products. Keyword research, article writing, SEO, affiliate id tracking and more. So it’s unlikely you will be able to do this for multiple networks and products simultaneously. But joining a top rated affiliate program with quality support will go a long way to making you a success.
